Strawberry Smoothie


Ingredients :


6 ounces vanilla-flavored soymilk

2 pints frozen strawberries

1 teaspoonful artificial sweetener



Cooking Directions :


Blend all ingredients together till smooth
(add crushed ice cube to have a cool smoothie)
Transfer to a serving Glass
Garnish with a strawberry fruit
Serve

Ingredients :


1 ripe banana

¾ cup milk or soy milk

1/2 cup ripe strawberries, hulled and halved

¼ cup yogurt (if you use vanilla-flavored yogurt, omit the vanilla extract)

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or flax seeds



Cooking Direction :

Blend all ingredients except walnuts and flax seeds in a blender.


Pour into a serving glass
Top with walnuts or flax seeds.

1/2 cup pineapple chunks
